Tomy Lagneaux
A native of Lafayette, LA, Tomy Lagneaux was schooled in Hotel, Restaurant & Tourism. He moved to New Orleans in 2002, working as a server in a couple of restaurants in the city, before joining Cochon as a member of the original opening staff in 2006. In 2009, Tomy was promoted and became a Manager. Since 2010, he holds the position of Cochon’s General Manager.
